"Lacy has been my go to person for years. She’s way more than just an agent to me. She is so genuine and cares for me as a person as well as a customer. She is knowledgeable and versatile and most importantly so kind to me. She’s pretty much all I need. And I guess mark is ok too… Just kidding! I’ve been with this branch for over 10 years and I’ll never be able to go anywhere else because everyone here treats you with respect and has your best interest in mind. Within a few days A letter from Florida saying they were gonna suspend my license despite following the Texas process of (transferring insurance, getting inspections, filling out the 130-u form) all because we didn’t have Florida insurance. After calling the DMV because we couldn’t get into the Texas one until May 17th because they don’t take walk-ins , Florida said you have to change your insurance back to Florida or turn in your plates. Mark not only wrote me a temporary insurance, he expedited it to make sure my Licensed didn’t get suspended. Talk about an amazing customer experience and a load of pressure off my shoulders.
